At Staples Printing, we strive for perfection in every print, but if you are not entirely satisfied with your order, we offer a 30-day window for returns or reprints. Due to the custom nature of our products, items must be in their original condition to qualify for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and submit a formal request.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the printed materials in their original packaging, ensuring you include the packing slip or printed return authorization form.
Ship the Items
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality assurance team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund or initiate a reprint within 5 to 7 business days.
